Value International Group is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Financial Manager to
oversee our financial operations and ensure the overall health of the company’s financial status. This
role is essential in managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with
financial regulations, and supporting business decision-making with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Provide forecasts and financial reports to guide business planning and budgeting processes.
- Cash Flow and Risk Management:
- Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and capital requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead the finance team and ensure effective performance and development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff.
- Cost Control and Optimization:
- Monitor and control costs, identify areas for financial improvement.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and enhance financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with experience in the engineering or project-based industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
