📝Are you a detail-oriented engineer with expertise in proposal development, bid preparation, and technical writing? We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to craft high-quality engineering proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.

✨Key Responsibilities:
1- Prepare and develop competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and company capabilities.
2- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and project specifications to develop accurate technical and commercial proposals.
3- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and project teams to gather essential project details.
4- Estimate project costs, materials, and resources, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
5-Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all proposals.
6- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to gather necessary technical and commercial inputs.
7- Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, providing clear justifications and addressing inquiries.

✨ Qualifications & Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2- Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal development, tendering, or bid management within engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors.
3- Strong knowledge of project estimation, costing, and contract review.
4- Proficiency in proposal and bid preparation software, such as MS Excel, Primavera P6, or estimation tools.
5- Excellent technical writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
6- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
