Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join the Business Development Department on a part-time basis. The role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting B2B clients within the company’s core service areas, ensuring sustainable business growth and strong client relationships.
The Sales Engineer plays a key role in bridging technical expertise with commercial strategy, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving defined sales targets in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients within engineering and consultancy sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on business opportunities and convert them into active contracts.
2. Proposals & Technical Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Proposals team to understand technical and financial offers.
- Present proposals effectively to clients, aligning solutions with their needs.
3. Client Engagement & Representation:
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and professional events.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Reporting & CRM Management:
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and sales performance.
5. Target Achievement:
- Achieve agreed-upon part-time sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Conversion rate of opportunities into contracts.
- Accuracy of sales reports and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or technical sales within engineering or consultancy services
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market (Mandatory)
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
