Value International Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the efficient
operation of our office and administrative functions. The Administrative Manager will play a key role
in managing day-to-day office activities, supervising administrative teams, and ensuring the smooth
flow of information throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Operations:
    • Supervise and manage teams of administrative assistants to ensure smooth office operations.
    • Organize and monitor departmental activities to provide effective administrative services.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Prepare operational summaries and reports for senior management.
  3. Financial Records and Inventory Management:
    • Maintain and appropriately classify administrative and financial records.
    • Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and manage procurement processes.
  4. Vendor and Contract Management:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
    • Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of services from external parties.
  5. Data Protection and Security:
    • Ensure that all electronic data and files are properly secured and protected.
    • Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information.

  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
